The system can be specified with acoustic material backing, which gives you the look of precision-perforated aluminum face panels with strong NRC performance.
The system can also be specified with a PET felt face to give not only sound absorption, but also visual softness.
FINISHES
Perforate systems are finished using commercial-grade powder coating – providing predictable performance, color flexibility, and long-term durability.
Standard powder coat colors and specialty finishes, including metallic and wood-inspired appearances, are available.

PATTERNS
Unlike traditional perf metal systems that rely on fixed SKUs or pattern books, Perforate is built on a digital design framework.
We start from geometry, imagery, or intent – and translate it into a perforation pattern optimized for aesthetics and budget.
This approach allows architects to design exactly what the space needs, not compromise to the closest available standard option
INSTALLATION
Perforate panels install directly into standard 15/16” T-grids using torsion spring engagements.
For non-lit applications, we provide saddle clips that attach to the grid for torsion spring connection.
For lighting applications, our lighting pan lays into the grid. From there, the torsion springs on the Perforate panels attach to the lighting pan directly.
DESIGN SERVICES
Our dedicated Architectural Digital Design team provides parametric design services to rapidly develop Perforate design options, starting at the concept phase.
Patterns, panelization, and detailing are optimized for fabrication, installation, and budget.
Our team supports projects from early concept through shop-ready documentation.
CONTRACTOR-FRIENDLY
Perforate systems integrate cleanly into standard construction workflows – reducing risk, coordination time, and surprises in the field.
Our lead times are typically 6-8 weeks and we pre-cut perimeter tiles with no custom adder - we're not going to give you 2'x4' tiles and force you to cut in the field.
